Standard / Recurring Residential Cleaning
A thorough, professional clean of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen surfaces. Includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all common areas. Offered as a one-time or recurring service.
Base Rate (3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom): $200
Residential Deep Cleaning
A comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning for homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently, or for a seasonal "reset." Includes everything in a Standard Clean, plus: inside appliances (oven, refrigerator), baseboards, light fixtures, interior windows, cabinet fronts, and detailed bathroom sanitation.
Residential Move Out / Move In Cleaning
A white-glove, top-to-bottom sanitization of an empty home. Perfect for landlords, sellers, buyers, and renters. Every surface, fixture, cabinet, and corner is cleaned to "ready for photos" condition.

Thrasher Property Management furnishes all cleaning supplies and materials - there is nothing you need to provide.
